Submissions are now closed for VKRATZE! 2019
Submissions for the VII International Volgograd film festival – Days of German and Russian short films VKRATZE! 2019 are closed.
We have received more than 300 submissions for the selection. More than half of them are fiction films under 30 minutes, about 15% — documentary films. The selection will be carried out for all categories of films from 26 countries. Most of the applications came from Russia, Germany, quite a lot of work sent from Italy, Iran. The curators of the competition program will complete the selection until February 20.
The film festival will be held in Volgograd in April 2019. The project is being implemented by the “Young talents” Foundation NPO and ANO (NPO) for the development of human capital “Open city”, using the grant of the President of the Russian Federation for the development of civil society provided by The Presidential Grants Fund.
